These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and services I provide, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
I agree scope, duration, and fees per engagement, confirmed in writing before work begins.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please pay by bank transfer to IBAN NL06 RABO 0179 0863 91, in the name of Niek Verhaar, and quote the invoice number.
My liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the relevant engagement, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Information shared during an engagement stays confidential. I don't disclose it to third parties without your consent.
Either party can end an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed.
Dutch law applies to all agreements under these terms.
